What sort of aftercare can I expect?
Rock Solid Construction proudly stands behind our work! While the materials and components we use differ in manufacturer warranty periods (some of them up to 40 years!), you can be sure that we'll help you navigate those warranties should the need arise. We also offer a one-year warranty on our labor (if an installation error is made, it will be evident long before then).
How are payments handled and dealt with?
Payment arrangements vary depending on the project type and size. Smaller projects may have just a few installments scheduled throughout the course of the project, with the final payment due on completion; larger projects may require monthly payment requests based on the amount of work completed to that point.
