Meet Jake

Jake Letkeman grew up in Seminole, Texas within a Mennonite community — a background that shaped his belief in honest work, craftsmanship, and doing things right the first time. He started in construction at 19 after relocating to Lubbock, and spent the next three decades learning every facet of the trade from the ground up.

In 2009, Jake founded Rock Solid Industries, which later became Rock Solid Construction. building a reputation across West Texas for quality and reliability.

Jake and his wife Annie have been married 33 years. They attend Trinity Fellowship Church in Lubbock, and their faith is reflected in how Rock Solid does business — with honesty, integrity, and genuine care for the people they work with.
